I meet many, many families as a Clearwater family photographer.  It’s truly one of the best parts of this little job I have.  I love that so many people have such unique stories to share.  I also get to meet families from all over the states, and sometimes even from different countries.  Although Minnesota isn’t another country, for us Floridians it may as well be!  Such a stark difference in geography and climate!  The M Family came all the way from Minnesota to enjoy the warm Florida weather, our sugar sand beaches, and of course no Florida trip is truly complete without a trip to Disney.  This is why I love living in Tampa so much, we get the best of each Florida coast.

When this mama contacted me, she described what she was looking for in her unique family session.  She mainly wanted candids of her and her family doing that they do best, having fun!  Well she certainly came to the right person.  As you can tell through my work, candids are my jam!  And sunsets, and pastels, and silhouettes…. Yes, I do a few posey pictures are the beginning of my sessions so you can send those to grandma…but mostly I love capturing you and your family making happy memories together.  A cheesy, forced smile versus a genuinely loving the moment smile will always win in my book.

M Family, thank you for making this photographers job easy peasy!  When those Minnesota winters get to be unbearable, seek the warmth and sunshine and come back!
