Wow, am I a slacker!  I shot this session a couple of months ago and I’m just now getting to adding it to my blog.  Why do I wait so long?!  Oh yeah, because blogging is the last of my priorities after shopping and editing.  I need to make some more time for this!

Seriously though, this was one of my most favorite summer sessions for so many reasons.

Sometimes when I meet a family, either in person or through phone calls, texts, or emails I really “click” with them.  See what I did there?  Photographer, click…yes, I’m PUNny.  This sweet dad contacted me from Germany!  He said he was planning his trip to Florida and wanted to document the occasion.  At first, I really didn’t think I had the availability.  You guys, my summer sessions book up during the Spring.  Typically from families who are planning their summer vacations and want to freeze some of their special moments on the beach.  But he was so so sweet and complimentary of my work that I just had to make this work for him.  He also may have bribed me with some German chocolate. After moving some things around, I was able to free up an evening to capture his sweet family.

Please take lessons from them if you’re planning of family session!  They were so sweet and easy-going and most of all grateful for my time.  They trusted me to do whatever I wanted, which I seriously love and appreciate. Kudos to mom, too!  Check out the two sets of wardrobes she coordinated for her beautiful family!  And to end their session, mom and dad wanted a few images for themselves.  Here is where I wish I could insert the fire emoji, because they were so hot for each other after ten years of marriage!

C Family, I would absolutely love to see you all again if you come back to the sunshine state!  And I’m totally taking you up on your offer to come and visit if and when I ever get to Germany!
