Mother – one person who does the work of twenty.  Am I right?!  We moms wear many hats: caretakers, boo-boo kissers, bedtime story readers, throw up cleaners, picture takers, chefs, chauffeurs, nurses, maids, etc.  The list can go on FOREVER!  When I became pregnant with my first daughter, my uncle told me something that I always remembered… “it’s the hardest job that you’ll love the most.”  Ain’t that the truth?! Yes, we moms have tasks upon tasks and juggle them all graciously.  OK, sometimes not so graciously but we get an A for effort, right?!  The truth is, we moms provide the purest love you’ll ever know.  And we all just cannot live without our mothers.  They are our light when it’s dark.

OK, enough getting sentimental before I break down and have myself an ugly cry.  Today is Mother’s Day.  The one day of the year when we let our moms juggle only a few tasks, rather than a hundred.  I  love to do Mother’s Day minis because we usually are the ones behind the camera.  It’s important for our kiddies (no matter how old) to know that WE WERE THERE TOO!  Most of the time we’re so busy that we run around in T-Shirts, yoga pants, and a messy bun on the top of our head. Does that mean that we don’t like getting dolled up?  Nope!  It means that we’re usually too busy to think of ourselves.  That’s why I do these mini’s.  To give these mamas a day for them.  A day to look pretty.  A day to spend with their babes.  A day to have their memories captured forever.  And we did just that at the beautiful Hollie’s Farm and Garden Nursery in Lutz.

Mamas, thank you so much for coming out!  I enjoyed spending time with each of you and your kiddies.  FRAME these!!  You deserve to be seen too!  Happy Mother’s Day!
