Sometimes the prettiest park locations can be found in neighborhoods.  You just have to know where to look – and what to look for! My number one key element in great photos will ALWAYS be the light.  If the light is no good, the pictures will be no good.  You can be standing in one of the prettiest locations in the world, but without light, it simply will not photograph well.  This is one of my favorite park locations that happens to be situated in an Odessa neighborhood.  I actually found it when I wasn’t even scouting out new locations. My friend lives here and we took our kiddos to the park to play at sunset and BOOM.  New location unlocked. I am now an Odessa family photographer.

Enter H Family.  Their little one is just shy of a year old and they wanted some updated photos of her.  We were able to set up a mini session for them in this park and I absolutely love it.  As you can tell, she was just fascinated by the camera.  Just look at those crystal blue eyes! Of course, we had to end our session with some bubbles.  Bubbles – the float, they pop, I get it.  Nothing makes a baby smile more than a massive amount of bubbles floating by, just ripe for the picking!
