While the rest of the nation is experiencing Fall – wearing scarves and cute beanie hats and going to pumpkin patches and not sweating – we are still beaching it here in sunny Florida! And I’m still loving the warm weather.  Ok, maybe that’s a little fib.  I love it when I’m at the beach and the water is still warm enough to splash in.  But I don’t love it while I’m sweating profusely on the sidelines of soccer games.  It’s definitely a double edged sword when it comes to Fall weather in Florida!

I met this fun family at their hotel in Redington Shores to capture some fun beach memories for them.  They’ve been staying at this hotel for 7 years in a row and it’s about time they’ve had their time documented here.  They were definitely enjoying our warm gulf waters though if you couldn’t tell by their photos!  Especially little June!  She was a blast!  Actually, they all were.  There’s nothing I love more than capturing a family truly enjoying one another. And this is the new norm for my beach sessions.  You WILL get wet.  Soaked. Full of sand.  Why? Because the kids love it and look forward to it.  So remember to bring towels and extra clothes if you’re shooting with me in the future!
