The P Family

Check out this beautiful family of five who were looking for a Redington Shores photographer.  They were blessed with a gorgeous older daughter and the sweetest twins!  And moms hair.  I couldn’t get enough of that gorgeous hair in the golden sunlight.  What a beautiful family…

But there is one person here who stands out here – DAD!  I want all dads out there to take note of this man.  Just look at him – he’s not off to the side checking his phone for the latest football score.  He’s not checking his watch to see how many minutes are left.  (Ok – truth be told – I’ve only had these things happen a handful of times in my photography career.)  But I feel like this is what dads think they’re going to be doing when they envision a family session.  Or even when they park the car and are walking to meet me.  But 95% of them actually enjoy themselves.

But this dad?!  This dad was the party!  You can just tell that he’s super hands-on.  And the way his kids look at him adoringly…I am so glad we captured those moments!  I didn’t have to direct him to play with his kids.  This was ALL HIM!  Dads- this is what a photo session is.  Playing with your kids.  Enjoying them.  Making them laugh.  Making them smile.  Above all, making them remember how much you love them when they look back on these images.  This is why I’m honored and grateful to freeze these moments for you.
