I cannot believe how sneaky time can be.  How is this precious little girl one year old already?!  I feel like it was only a few months ago when I first shot her mommy’s maternity session, and then only a few days after that I was shooting her newborn and then six month session!  Time is just so bittersweet, isn’t it?!  We just don’t want our kiddies to get older (and we don’t want to get older either! Hello wrinkles!)  but watching them grow is so sweet and satisfying.  With each new milestone, a proud mommy and daddy stands behind their child.  And Miss Dakota hot a personal milestone at our session.  It was the first time she was able to get her hair into those cute pigtails!  I honestly could not get enough of them!

Oh Miss Dakota, the places you’ll go.  I’ve been honored to watch you grow and can’t wait to see how much you’ve grown at our next session.  I’m sure it will feel like only a few days from now when I see you again.  Just don’t show up driving your own car, ok?!
