Tampa Mommy and Me Session at Redington Beach

It’s always humbling (but also nerve racking!) when a fellow photographer contacts me to do a session for them. When another artists recognizes and values my work, it just feels like the ultimate compliment!  Marla and her beautiful daughters came all the way from Detroit to vacation at the beautiful Redington Beach.  While here, she wanted a chance to be on the other side of the lens with her daughters.  Although it can be weird for us photographers to let go of controlling the session, Marla did it perfectly!  The goal of this mommy and me session was to capture the relationship that she has with each of her daughters and I think we nailed it!  And it was like the photographer gods were on our side tonight because what started as a dreary sky turned into an amazing, dramatic sunset.  We lucked out big time!  Marla, it was pleasure photographing you and your girls.  I hope we captured some memories that you will cherish forever.  If I’m ever in the Detroit area, I know who to call!
