Oh how I adore lifestyle newborn sessions. My sweet clients welcome me into their home and into their intimate moments with their new baby.  I love how raw and organic these fleeting moments are. Between the feedings, the burpings and the diaper changes, this special time can definitely be a whirlwind!  It’s important to document these moments to remember those tiny hands, toes, and baby coos.  Miss Dakota is just a week old and mommy and daddy are thrilled that she’s finally here!  You may remember Stefani’s epic maternity outfit from her photo session here. So many people have asked me where she bought it!  The answer?  Amazon of course!!

Dakota decided that she didn’t want to miss out on the action, so she decided to stay awake most of the time I was there.  Fine by me!  I was able to capture her sweet blue eyes and silly newborn expressions.  Welcome to the world, Dakota!  You are already surrounded by so much love <3
