Ashley is a UM Graduate!

This session was so refreshing for my soul!  Every once in a while, a senior (high school or college) will contact me requesting a beach session to celebrate their accomplishment.  And every once in a while I say YES!  Ashley and I met on Honeymoon Island along with her boyfriend Chris, who helped behind the scenes.  (Thanks again, Chris!) She just graduated from UM with a business degree.  That is HUGE!  So she came dressed to impress in her emerald green dress that matches the green UM color.

Senior sessions are sooooo different from family sessions.  Of course there’s the obvious: there is only one person to focus on.  This means there’s time for wardrobe changes and time to get my weird, creative juices flowing.  And flow they did!

If you’ve been to Honeymoon lately, then you know that they are doing construction there.  Something about dredging the beaches?  Either way, this has cramped my style big time because they’ve blocked off all of my favorite spots!  But another perk to shooting a college senior is that they’re up for anything – including hopping a tiny fence to take advantage of an empty beach full of reflective sand and an epic sunset!

Ashley, thank you so much for going with my weird flow and being up for anything.  A little trespassing never hurt anyone, did it?  LOL  And congratulations once again.  You’re going places, woman!
